Our production facility is comprised of a wide range of molding press capabilities, including high-speed hydraulic/hydro-electric. Where feasible, we strive to utilize energy efficient electric presses. We offer a selection of small tonnage presses well suited for pilot and prototype projects. We also offer high tonnage options to accommodate high-volume production requirements. If we don’t have the perfect press for your need, we will get one.
Molding capabilities are focused around decades of rigid packaging experience and include thin-wall molding, two-shot and insert molding and in-mold labeling.
Being a custom molder, secondary operations such as high-speed assembly, closure lining, hinge closing, and sonic welding are a significant part of our operation. From the beginning, Magenta has been building the efficient operations necessary to meet customer requirements. We have exceptional skills when it comes to creating customized manufacturing programs.
Our operation would not be complete without decorating capabilities.
