MAGENTA is excited to announce and welcome Daniel Risch as MAGENTA’s new 2nd Shift Supervisor, effective March 4th. As the 2nd Shift Supervisor, Daniel will be responsible for all the day-to-day molding and assembly operations. In this supervisory role, he will lead molding and assembly operations ensuring a safe working environment while meeting quality, productivity, regulatory, reporting and inventory control targets.
Daniel comes to MAGENTA after spending his career managing and supervising 75+ employees within the plastics injection molding and extrusion industry for 30+ years with companies like HPI, Summit Polymers, and Miller. Daniel has a strong background in continuous process improvements, quality, and a successful background in employee development.
He has lived in the Chicago area for the past 12 years, after studying business management from Kent State University (Kent, OH), and taking some coursework on Advanced Extrusion Technology at Lowell University UMASS. He currently resides in Berwyn, IL.
