Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Gaurang Gadkari, as our Manufacturing Engineer! He will be driving operational excellence utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to ensure a safe working environment and to further improve product quality and operating productivity. He will also contribute to our company’s continuous improvement program as we advance our Best-in-Class initiatives.

Most recently, Gaurang served as a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Federal-Mogul Corporation where he was responsible for the development and implementation of engineering solutions and leading continuous improvement projects.

Gaurang is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Green Belt and brings a diverse background to the team with experience in automotive, heavy machinery and high volume manufacturing in both Asia and North America. He holds a M.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Cleveland State University, OH with a specialization in Lean Manufacturing and new product development. He also holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & A.A.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
